Horses
have an important place in our heart and in our lives. They are often our first
and even “greatest” love. They keep our secrets. They provide comfort when we
are sad or frustrated, and listen to our dreams and plans without judgment or
prejudice. They are partners in pranks as well as challenging athletic
endeavors. They are the key to untold dreams come true. They teach us about
responsibility and loyalty, help us build self-confidence and self-esteem. They
are often considered part of the family; sometimes, a four-legged “kid” or
sibling. And, eventually but way too soon, they teach us about grief and loss.
Nearly two weeks ago, many people did not have the opportunity to even say goodbye to their
beloved horse(s) that were killed in the devastating and fast-moving fires that
destroyed stables in Southern California. As a fellow horse lover and
equestrian, I know how painful it is to lose a beloved horse. As a certified
hypnotherapist, I am here to help you work through your grief and the related
changes in your life that you are experiencing in the wake of these tragedies.
I
am currently offering a FREE hypnotherapy/guided-imagery
session* to provide gentle, emotional healing for anyone who has been
affected by and/or recently lost a horse in the Creek Fire, Coast Fire, Rye
Fire or Thomas Fire in Southern California. To set up an appointment, please
call or text me at (661) 433-9430 or send e-mail to calminsensehypnosis@yahoo.com. All of my
sessions are private and confidential. I can work with you individually in my
office in Santa Clarita or via Skype; I am also available to do group sessions
at my office in Santa Clarita or your ranch.
(This
offer is not exchangeable for cash.)
